JUMP JUICE runs LIVE from Jul 8th - Aug 29th, 2024 and includes: 

  • 8 Weeks of Progressive Workouts: Lifetime access to our exclusive, volleyball-specific workout plan with a full video exercise library (via MightyNetworks).

  • Phase-by-Phase Training: Progress through 8 weeks of workouts in 4 structured phases, gradually increasing intensity and complexity as you build explosive power and endurance.

  • Jump Technique: Master the fundamentals of proper jump form, from heel-to-toe takeoff to powerful arm extension.

  • Exercise Library: Learn the proper form for every exercise with detailed instructions and helpful video demonstrations taught by expert athletes.

Requirements:
